Q: I just moved into a new home, do you offer re-keying services?

A: In most cases we can re-key your locks and issue you new keys, however some locks cannot be disassembled and a replacement lock is the only solution.

Q: Can all my locks be re-keyed to use the same key?

A: If your locks can be disassembled and are compatible with the same key then we can re-key all your locks to use the same key.

Q: What Safe Brands do you carry?

A: We carry Cannon, Liberty, GunVault, American Security Products, Gardall and Meilink.

Q: What kind of safes do you sell?

A: R. J. Lock and Security carries wall safes, floor safes, gun safes, burglary and fire safes, and deposit safes.

Q: Do you offer emergency services?

A: R. J. Lock and Security offers 24-hour emergency mobile services.

Q:  What does re-keying mean?

A:  Re-keying means we will rebuild your lock so a new key fits.  (The old key will no longer work.)  This is cheaper than replacing the whole lockset.
